Changeover day is a Saturday. Guests can have access to the house from 4pm on the day of arrival and must vacate the house by 10am on their day of departure.

Cleaning - We do ask all guests to respect the property and leave it in the condition that they found it. We supply all the cleaning materials. For those that do not want to clean we will arrange for La Ferme to be cleaned for a charge of 50 euros (payable locally).   Please note this does not include washing up and everything should have been put back in its correct place.  We reserve the right to make a charge if La Ferme has not been left in a suitable condition.

Payment is accepted in £ sterling via bank transfer to a UK bank account, in Euros at the current rate of exchange or we can accept Paypal but any charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Deposit - A 25% deposit is payable on booking and the full amount is to be paid 8 weeks before the start date of your holiday along with a security deposit of £250, this will be refunded to you not withstanding any damage within 10 days of your departure

Taxe de Sejour - we are obliged by French law to collect the Taxe de Sejour at the time of your stay. In 2011 this was 25 cents per night for each person over the age of 13 but this may increase in 2012.  This amount can be paid locally at the end of your stay.
